A heating renovation is a matter of trust
When replacing a heating system, work is carried out in your house – often in the basement, sometimes during the heating season. That is why we attach importance to clear planning, reliable scheduling and a clean workplace.
Depending on the property, the scope includes removal of the old system, storage tank, expansion vessel, fittings and pipework as well as commissioning and instruction. We set out the exact scope in the quote.

Heating replacement in the Canton of Zurich: the key points
Since the amended Energy Act: when replacing the heat generator in existing buildings, renewable energy should be used if this is technically possible and results in no more than 5% additional costs over the life cycle compared with a fossil replacement (Source: Canton of Zurich, heating replacement).
Every heating replacement is a conversion requiring a permit. The application for thermal installations (WTA application) is submitted to the municipal building authority; many heat pumps can be implemented under the notification procedure.
A neutral “renewable heating” impulse consultation is offered on the Zimmerberg by Energie Genossenschaft Zimmerberg (e-zimmerberg.ch).
Official information without guarantee – the requirements of the canton, municipality and federal government are authoritative.

FAQ
Questions about: heating renovation Adliswil
Do I have to replace my working oil or gas heating now?
The requirements of the Canton of Zurich apply when the heat generator is replaced. We are happy to discuss during a site visit when a replacement is worthwhile for your building.
How long will I be without heating during the renovation?
That depends on the scope. We plan the procedure with you and set out dates and procedure in the quote.
Do you remove the old heating system?
Yes. Removing the existing system is part of our work in a heating renovation.
Do you also take care of the application to the municipality?
Yes. We calculate the required heating output, design the new system and compile the documents for the application or notification to the building authority – for air/water heat pumps including the noise protection certificate.
Can I switch to a heat pump?
In many buildings, yes. We clarify on site whether an air/water or ground-source heat pump is suitable and what is needed in terms of heat distribution.
Do you also take over maintenance afterwards?
Yes – as individual maintenance or with a maintenance contract.
