With this privacy policy we inform you about which personal data we process in connection with this website and our services. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
1. Controller
Infra Haustechnik GmbH
Baumgartenweg 3
8134 Adliswil
Phone: 076 358 43 21
Email: infrahaustechnik@gmail.com
2. Contact and order enquiries
If you contact us by phone, e-mail, contact form or via the enquiry basket in the shop, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address, address of the property, desired products, details of your system and your request) in order to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and process orders.
When you submit the contact form or the enquiry basket, your details are transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to our web server and from there forwarded exclusively by e-mail to our mailbox infrahaustechnik@gmail.com. The contents of your enquiry are not stored on the web server. To protect against misuse (spam) we use an invisible check field and a time lock; in addition, a non-reversible checksum (hash) of your IP address is temporarily stored for a maximum of ten minutes in order to limit repeated mass enquiries. No cookies are set.
If sending via the web server is not possible, your own e-mail program opens instead with a pre-filled message; in this case we only receive your details once you send this e-mail yourself.
3. Enquiry basket (local storage)
The products in your enquiry basket are stored exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage) so that the basket is retained when you switch between pages. This data is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time via «Empty enquiry basket» or in your browser settings.
4. Email communication
For our e-mail communication we use the Gmail service of Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC. Data may also be processed in countries outside Switzerland, in particular in the USA. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or uses recognised standard contractual clauses. Further information: Google privacy policy.
5. Visiting the website and server log files
When this website is accessed, our hosting provider [hosting provider, registered office – to be added] records technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system in server log files. This data serves the security and stable operation of the website.
6. Cookies, analytics and external content
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools and does not load external fonts, maps or videos. The map of the service area is a local, schematic graphic.
The website contains links to our Google Business Profile (reviews, Google Maps). Only when you click such a link is the Google page opened; the Google privacy policy applies to it.
The website contains links to WhatsApp («Write on WhatsApp», «Enquire via WhatsApp»). No WhatsApp script is loaded. Only when you click such a link is WhatsApp or the wa.me website opened, and your message is transmitted via WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta); the WhatsApp privacy policy applies. Please do not send any particularly sensitive data via WhatsApp.
Enquiry assistant (chat)
The enquiry assistant is a simple, rule-based form in chat style. It uses no artificial intelligence, no external services and no cookies. Your entries remain in your browser and are only transmitted when you choose «Send as enquiry» at the end (transmission by e-mail as with the contact form, see section 2) or «Send via WhatsApp» (see above). If you close the window or leave the page without sending, nothing is transmitted.
7. Disclosure of data
We only pass on your personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide our services (e.g. to suppliers or manufacturers in the context of orders, warranty and service cases), we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your consent. Data is not passed on for advertising purposes.
8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist (in particular the ten-year retention obligation for business records).
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
10. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to information about your personal data processed by us as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and release or transfer of your data. To do so, please contact the contact address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
11. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website at the time applies.
