Individual maintenance or maintenance contract
You book individual maintenance once as needed – for example before the summer. With a maintenance contract, we schedule the maintenance of your system on a recurring basis and on clearly agreed terms, so you don’t have to take care of it yourself.
We also look after systems from other manufacturers and installers. So you don’t have to change installer or buy a new system to receive reliable service.

Obligations for larger systems
For air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems and heat pumps with more than 3 kg of refrigerant, the Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance (ChemRRV) requires, among other things, a maintenance logbook and – depending on the refrigerant – regular leak checks, at least with every intervention and every maintenance. Such systems must also be reported to the FOEN (Source: FOEN, refrigerants).
Whether this applies to your system, we can see from the type plate or the system data during maintenance.

Do you also maintain systems you did not install yourselves?
Yes. We also maintain and repair systems from other manufacturers and installers.
Which brands do you look after?
We work with Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Daikin, Samsung, Toshiba, STULZ, Fujitsu and Sinclair, among others, and in service we also look after systems from other brands.
How often should an air conditioning system be maintained?
That depends on the system, use and manufacturer specifications; for systems with more than 3 kg of refrigerant, additional legal obligations apply. After the first maintenance we recommend a suitable interval.
What is the difference between one-off maintenance and a maintenance contract?
You book individual maintenance once. With the maintenance contract, maintenance is scheduled on a recurring basis and on clearly agreed terms.
