Kreis 2: Wollishofen, Leimbach, Enge
Kreis 2 includes Wollishofen, Leimbach and Enge. While Wollishofen and Leimbach are mainly residential neighbourhoods, office and administrative buildings dominate in Enge.
Because we are based in Adliswil, the journey into the Sihl valley and to the left lake shore is short. This helps with site visits, maintenance appointments and when a system fails.

Permits and noise protection in Kreis 2
In residential neighbourhoods with single-family and terraced houses, noise protection towards neighbours is often the decisive point when choosing the location of the outdoor unit.
In the Canton of Zurich, many air/water heat pumps can be installed under the notification procedure (placed indoors or outdoors up to 2 m³); in core zones and in areas with townscape or monument protection, outdoor units still require a permit. A noise protection certificate is always required for air/water heat pumps (Canton of Zurich). The City of Zurich accepts projects subject to notification via eBaugesucheZH; we compile the documents for you.
