Before a unit is installed, it has to fit – the heating or cooling load, the installation site and the municipality’s requirements. We take care of planning, sizing and the documents for submission.

Good to know (Canton of Zurich): Since 2023, many air/water heat pumps can be installed under the notification procedure – placed indoors or outdoors up to 2 m³. In core zones and in areas with townscape or monument protection, outdoor units still require a permit; a noise protection certificate is always required for air/water heat pumps. Yes. We also maintain and repair systems from other manufacturers and installers. So you don’t have to change installer or buy a new system to get reliable service.
You book one-off maintenance once, when needed. With a maintenance contract, the maintenance of your system is scheduled on a recurring basis and on clearly agreed terms – you don’t have to take care of it yourself.
We work independently of brands: we handle planning, installation, maintenance and repairs for all manufacturers – including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Samsung, Toshiba, STULZ, Fujitsu, LG, Gree and Sinclair.
Split and multi-split systems as well as VRF systems with several indoor units – as wall-mounted, floor-standing or ceiling cassette units, depending on the room and its use.
That depends on the system and the location. In the Canton of Zurich, many air/water heat pumps can be realised under the notification procedure since 2023 – units placed indoors and outdoor units up to 2 m³. Heat pumps placed outdoors in core zones or in areas with townscape and monument protection still require a permit, and the municipality can also order a permit procedure in other cases. For air/water heat pumps, a noise protection certificate according to the Cercle Bruit enforcement guidelines is required in every case. For air conditioning systems with an outdoor unit, the municipality decides which procedure applies. We clarify this in advance with your municipality and compile the documents for submission.
Yes. We determine the heating or cooling demand, size the heat pump, air conditioning or heating accordingly, select units and installation site and plan the pipe routing – as the basis for a comprehensible quote.
Yes. In a heating renovation we remove the old system, install the new one cleanly and explain how to operate it. On request, we also advise you on heat pumps.
From our head office in Adliswil we work in the Zurich area, in Central Switzerland (Zug, Lucerne) and in Aargau. If your property is outside this area, ask anyway.
Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:30 and Saturday from 07:00 to 12:00 on 076 358 43 21. We are closed on Sunday. Messages by e-mail to infrahaustechnik@gmail.com are possible at any time.
After your enquiry we inspect the property and design the system, prepare a comprehensible quote, take care of the notification or building permit including the noise protection certificate if required, install the system professionally and, on request, handle later servicing.
