Exceptions are zones with increased requirements for the townscape and landscape as well as buildings under heritage protection (Canton of Aargau).
The notification is made via the cantonal platform for energy enforcement; if the municipality raises no objections within 30 days, construction can begin. The noise assessment is based on the Cercle Bruit enforcement guidelines (Heat pump leaflet, Canton of Aargau).
