In Zürich, Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, Langnau am Albis, Horgen, Wädenswil and Wollerau we look after air conditioning systems, heat pumps and heating systems – from planning and permits to installation, maintenance and repair, for all brands. We also replace old electric heating.

Rules and subsidies in the canton of Zurich
Since 1 January 2023 many heat pumps can be installed under the notification procedure – for example indoor air/water heat pumps and outdoor units up to 2 m³ in volume. In core zones and for protected buildings a building permit is still required (Canton of Zurich – notification procedure). A noise certificate is always required for air/water heat pumps (Canton of Zurich – noise protection).
In the canton of Zurich, electric heating and central electric water heaters must be replaced by renewable solutions by 2030; there are exceptions, for example for small outputs or wet rooms (City of Zurich – electric heating).
The canton of Zurich subsidises replacing an oil, gas or electric heating system with a heat pump in existing buildings – under the 2026 programme, e.g. CHF 2,900 for an air/water heat pump up to 15 kWth. The application must be submitted before construction starts (Subsidy programme 2026, Canton of Zurich). The city of Zurich has additional programmes (City of Zurich – subsidies).

Do I have to replace my electric heating in the canton of Zurich?
Yes, in principle by 2030. In the canton of Zurich, electric heating and central electric water heaters must be replaced by renewable solutions by then; there are exceptions, e.g. for small outputs or wet rooms. We show you which solution suits your building.
Do you also maintain systems from other manufacturers?
Yes, we maintain and repair air conditioning systems and heat pumps of all common brands – even if we did not install them.
